When you submit a project request, we may receive your name, company, project details, and any contact information you choose to provide. We use this information only to review the request and respond appropriately.

How information is used

Information is used for project scoping, communication, security review, and service delivery. Optracode does not sell submitted information.

Retention

Project inquiry information is retained only as long as needed for business, legal, or operational purposes. Engagement-specific retention can be defined in a separate agreement.
